Stewart to lead the Mayor’s office for innovation and entrepreneurship
Sacramento, Calif – Mayor Darrell Steinberg has hired Louis Stewart as the new Chief Innovation Officer for the Mayor’s Office for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Stewart previously served as the Deputy Director of the Governor’s Office for Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz).
“I’m thrilled to welcome Louis to the team,” said Mayor Steinberg. “We are pushing far, fast and getting exceptional local talent like Louis is exactly what we need to leverage Sacramento’s unique assets and opportunities. I know he will lead an already effective team to new heights as we connect and create a more innovative and vibrant city.”
Stewart hit the ground running with an official start on Monday May 15, 2017.
